As a managing partner in this enterprise, I developed the concept of building multi-sport arenas in the city of Pune. This entailed working with the community, businesses, contractors, city officials, sports officials and teams, to plan and build facilities they could use for a range of sports activities including tournaments. In developing the three sites I learnt practical project management skills, negotiation, marketing and management skills.
