I had the pleasure and privilege of working side by side with Andrew at OurDeal as a Business Development Manager. As a manger he is brilliant. Andrew was always the first one to encourage me and praise me for a job well done, but he was also very clear about the expectations he had and would constantly be in contact with myself and team members regarding the progress of our deals and sales results. He genuinely wanted to see each of us succeed as individuals, but also as team. He would always work with us and offered help in any way possible. Andrew is a very driven person who works extremely hard on and off the clock. He goes above and beyond the call of duty and does extensive research in all areas of his role and its surroundings. He genuinely cares about what he does, is very results driven and thrives on seeing those results. I have learnt so much from Andrew on a professional and personal level and will be forever grateful that I was given the opportunity to work alongside him. I would highly recommend Andrew to any prospective employer. He would be a highly valueable employee to anyone lucky enough to have him.
