  • Follow up of defaulters, negotiation with Non Performing customers for adjustment of overdues or discuss settlement arrangement on case to case basis.• To prepare proposals for restructuring/ rescheduling/adjustment of NPL loans for approval of management along with all related correspondence to all concerned branches and departments as well as follow up for compliance i.e. recovery. Pursuance of all NPLs under Land Revenue Act, 1967 through close liaison with Assistant Collector i.e. issuance of notices, arrest warrants, trials once the defaulters are arrested, negotiation for payment of arrears, etc. • To pursue loans in litigation through follow up with concerned bank staff /Banking courts and legal counsel.• To prepare proposal for settlement of loans under litigation for approval of management along with all related correspondence to all concerned branches and Banking Courts as well as follow up for compliance i.e. recovery.• Maintaining collection accounts, reporting and follow up to stop migration of same to NPL category.   1. Sustainable Health Practices In District Swabi, supported by Family Health Project NWFP” (wb). • To implement the project in 20 villages mainly through CBOs and women organizations by forming Village Health Committees (VHCs) – group formation. • To develop curriculum for training to the groups on communicable disease control (AIDS, TB, Malaria, Hepatitis, Diarrhea, Leprosy), Nutrition and Mother & Child Health. • Organize trainings for the groups from community. Also facilitated training (details in the report). • Held community seminars with special focus on the above diseases. • Data collection/community based research. • Hold monthly coordination meetings with the groups. • Correspondence and promotion of linkages with the donors and health officials. • Presentation of programme activities to officials from donors and other concerns 2. Elimination of child labor in District Swabi” in RISE, Swabi • Setup a focal point/ its monthly coordination meetings • Monitoring of quarterly dropout of children in 2 primary, 2 middle and 2 high schools in two village’s Zaida and Swabi. • Data collection about child labor in five villages and Gadoon Industrial Estate and share these in the focal point meeting • Organize seminars, workshop to share the findings and recommendations based on primary data and prevailing child labor situation in Swabi with the government organizations, NGOs, CBOs, Trade Union, and Labor Union etc. In addition to the above, also facilitated project on Political Education Program in Swabi District sponsored by South Asia Partnership. Further more, remained part of the initiative for People’s Assembly, Power Devolution and Decentralization with the Support of Asia Foundation durint this period. Show less
