      Atlanta Tamasha is the largest Bollywood dance competition in the Southeast with hundreds in attendance each year, and teams traveling from across the country to battle for "the crown".       At Microf, I worked with a team of interns to handle consumer applications, conduct data analysis, maintain meaningful customer relationships, manage over 400+ consumer and contractor accounts, and create relevant training modules for future interns. With Microf, I would work with customers and contractors on a daily basis. I would often be in charge of inputting highly sensitive information into our consumer applications, running the application through our soft credit check, and then working with the consumer on a finance plan for their HVAC unit. I would also often work with our network of contractors, guiding them through any issues they had with their customers or providing them the relevant information they needed to continue with an installation. During my time at Microf, we were able to see a 60% overall increase in efficiency in regards to consumer applications.
