Coordinating with investigation departments in order to resolve the issues pertaining to the customers disputed transactions. Assists in organizing, maintaining and controlling rules of Fraud Guard at the early stage of its implementation so that the suspicious transaction easily trips in to the system Resolving issues of VBV (Verified by VISA) with the help of Arcot System. Coordinating with Call center & also with customer in order resolve VBV issues. Monitor ATM (Automated Teller Machine) Issues of downtime or any other hardware issue persist with any means through softwares and escalate issue to the concerns to get it resolved. Evaluation of Calls (Activation & Deactivated of Credit Cards) are maintained by our department as well and take necessary actions accordingly and maintain MIS and forward it to the concern authorities Show less
