   Experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup and shutdown activities of plants.  Experience in initial cryogenic cool down of lines, tanks, pumps and startup/operation/shutdown of Cryogenic pumps, BOG condenser, BOG compressors and related processes.  Management of day to day plant operation through DCS which is supported by Foxboro (Invensys) and field supervision.  Locate & analyze process problems and identification of specific maintenance need to set it right.  Provides technical support to operation personnel to ensure plant is running smoothly and products are as per specifications  Maintain operation control of process through DCS and related instrumentation according to the established operating procedures in full coordination with the field operator.  Maintaining safe plant condition by following proper operating settings listed in the standard operating procedures in start-up, shut down or emergency.  Acknowledge all received alarms on DCS and take corrective actions andmake adjustments to maintain optimum operating conditions.  Operation and maintenance of FMC Marine unloading arms.  Familiar with permit to work system  Effective handling of manpower Show less
