Verified all equipment and uniforms so the game was played properly and fairly between each team. I learned how to collect and analyze data from customers and implement marketing strategies for a startup company. I worked for a hydration and performance enhancing company called Tranzfuse that produces products designed for athletes and recovery. Working in a startup environment helped me be creative and adapt to new circumstances and target customers that best fit our brand. My role was to research the average customer and come up with ideas and implement strategies that attract the customer to our brand such as promotions. Although my main focus was email marketing I did understand the importance of social media engagement and growth long term. Email marketing looked like, promoting different products and prices that fit our audiences needs. Increasing brand awareness through newsletters and promotions was my biggest focus as my job was to provide valuable information that would grow our customers. I also learned how to encourage call to action emails. Getting customers to respond and take action was a priority for a start up business.
