I had the honor of working along side Aarvi during her summer internship at General Motors. Aarvi was very ambitious from the first the conversation I had with her. Throughout out her 12 weeks with General Motors she worked in many different work streams to get exposure to different careers. There was no challenge that Aarvi was not up for. Aarvi wanted to learn the roles and responsibilities of a Product Manager, so I had her assist me with a new feature that leadership wanted to implement in our app. I threw Aarvi into the project headfirst with writing features and joining discussions with stakeholders. She did an excellent job of gathering requirements and writing the features. One thing that I admired about Aarvi was that she was not afraid to ask a question. This is strong skill set that I respect in peers, as it shows strength and willingness to learn. Every presentation that Aarvi gave was seamless conducted and easily understood. Aarvi is someone that I know I could count on to get a task completed in a timely manner. I would recommend Aarvi to any employer in any compacity. When Aarvi puts her mind to something, there is nothing she can’t do. She would be an excellent asset to any team and/or company.
