  Joined As Initial Response Technical Support Engineer in April 2010 and got promoted to Escalation Engineer in Feb 2011. As Technical support engineer, work directly with customer over phone and email to help troubleshoot, manage, collaborate resolve network issues related to configuration of routing and switching on all Extreme network products in customer's network. Provide remedial solutions and work around to customers with known Hardware/software defects. Document tickets closely to include all of customer's network information and solutions provided for future references. Work on troubleshooting and resolving issues related to various layer 2/layer 3 protocols such as EAPS, STP,RIP, OSPF, BGP. Redundancy Protocol such as link aggregation, MLAG, VRRP, ESRP. Extreme's NMS Epicenter/Ridgeline. Replicate and debug, complex customer issues in TAC lab and work with engineering in an effort to address and fix the Software/ Hardware issues.
