I was the first employee at Executive Staffing Solutions.... and whether I was at ESS helping the company grow or I was in my current role watching it grow.... it's been equally satisfying. Aaron had a vision of the type of Recruiting Firm in which he wanted to work, and he worked diligently to make that vision become a reality. He is the type of leader that most people wish they could be, and he's successfully grown ESS by hiring the right people, pointing them in the right direction, and helping them become successful as individuals.       I started ESS out of my apartment in August 2000. I realized that the best way to grow the business was by reinvesting in our people. The team at ESS makes the difference.
