I started ESS out of my apartment in August 2000. I realized that the best way to grow the business was by reinvesting in our people. The team at ESS makes the difference. Our culture is second to none and our retention rate is in the top 5% in an industry that has a lot of turnover. I strive to have open lines of communication and empower everyone who works here to be their best selves both inside and out of the office. I believe the culture we have built extends to the customers we serve. I've seen firsthand how women make the work place better and I'm highly motivated to helping them thrive as leaders. Because of my experience with these female leaders, I've modified my work from home program, created a better maternity program, and enhanced the workplace in many other ways that benefit all members of the team.
