      : I performed in accordance with nuclear stress test protocols all patient care and rehabilitation pre and post stress. Assess the patient, obtain iv access, obtain vital signs, attach cardiac monito and 12 lead ekg, interpret ekgs throughout the tests, dictate rhythm changes as well as identifying areas of injury or ischemia within the myocardium, identifying and treating life threatening arrhythmias. Must know accurate drug calculations for the tests, Prepare and conduct stress echocardiograms, prepare patients for bubble studies and conduct the test. Respond to and treat patients in a deteriorated state such as from cardiac, or respiratory failure, bronchial spasms secondary to chemical stress test, Cardiac arrest, hypotension, acute hypertensive crisis, bradycardia, second degree type 1 and 2, third degree heart blocks.
