  I was responsible for collaborating with investment managers and third parties across the UK and Jersey to maintain high value client investment portfolios in line with regulatory requirements.   During my time at KPMG, I was promoted to a quality control role, managing a high caseload for a high value financial remediation project for a leading bank. Additionally, I was responsible for training and supporting new colleagues ensuring that targets were consistently achieved. Finally, I was actively involved in the testing and implementation of new AI technology to significantly increase workflow speeds and achieve ambitious targets. During this project, I was able to overcome several issues that arose and develop solutions to allow the technology to achieve the desired targets.

  Under the supervision of a qualified solicitor, I was responsible for drafting an Intellectual Property contract to transfer IP rights to our client, an online fashion start-up company. I undertook significant research into the area and was able to analyse the most relevant information further. This enabled me to draft a contract that provided the necessary protection that the director wanted to achieve for his company. During initial conversations with our client’s director, I was able to establish the relevant information about the company and what areas of protection he required protection for his brand. Additionally, on completion of the contract, I was able to convey technical legal advice in a manner that he was able to understand.
