Project Overview: A hydroelectric project enabling the transmission of renewable energy from the Muskrat Falls Generating Station in Labrador to Nova Scotia. The project involves manufacturing and installing 170km of subsea HVdc transmission cables under the Cabot Strait, five overhead transmission lines in Newfoundland and Nova Scotia, two AC to DC converter stations and three AC interconnect substations.
