Mr Stibel was brought in as a transitional President to help restructure the SMB division as an independent segment. With his management team, the SMB division was able to dramatically reduce churn, increase new customer acquisition, and increase LTV. In this turn around year, the SMB division had one of its greatest revenue growth periods while materially reducing OpEx. Sold to CC Capital in 2019. Mr Stibel was brought in as a transitional President to help restructure the SMB division as an independent segment.
