I've had the pleasure of working with Aaron at Salesforce for over a year. As his Solution Engineer, I had the opportunity to work closely with him as he was one of the first Account Executives I supported in the role. I can confidently say that he is an exceptional professional and an excellent addition to any team or company. Aaron is an exceptional person and an excellent leader. He has a natural ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. He is kind, patient, and personable, making him approachable and easy to work with. These qualities made him an excellent team player, and he was always willing to go the extra mile to help others achieve their goals. Aaron is also a driven and hardworking individual. He was focused on delivering results and never shied away from a challenge. He was always determined to close deals, and his efforts paid off. Aaron is a bar setter in just about every single category for my team, and our sales hub. From his character to any measurable stat, he sets the example. As a seller: First one in last to leave fits him to a T. He has been the top SMB seller for the entire year, both in attainment, and activity metrics. He combines strategic thinking/ prospecting with hitting the phones hard as well as anyone i have seen. He has a way of connecting with people over the phone, thats difficult to find. As a leader: He is endlessly positive. Despite what challenge or change occurs, people look to him for how to respond, and it's always positive first. Aaron is a teacher that thrives on helping others excel, and he gets so much joy from it. Of the 45 people we have in Chicago, he's directly mentored close to a 1/4 of them, but has met with almost everybody at least once on ways for them to improve. He heads up our efficiency committee in sending out the most important reports, processes, email templates, for sellers to follow. Hard to find people with the kind of passion, work ethic, and ability to help others improve like Aaron has. It was a joy to get to work with him for the time that I did.
