Aaron is an innovative professional and a great teammate. He's always been ready to listen and lead. I worked with him during our time together at UNCC where we were both students on a number of projects and alongside each other at EPRI in the Operations and Maintenance Program where he set the standard on stakeholder engagement.

Aaron is an excellent technologist on power plant monitoring and diagnosis. He loves his project work and treats his services at ISA Power Industry Division (POWID) very seriously. I first met Aaron at the ISA POWID 2006 Symposium, when he worked for EPRI (Electric Power Research Institute). For the past years, Aaron has served as Session Chair, General Chair, Technical Track Chair, Director, Past-Director/Marketing Chair for ISA POWID. Aaron and I were invited to act as Director and Director-Elect respectively in 2015 when POWID experienced some unexpected difficulties. It has been a great pleasure to co-work with Aaron and all the other POWID volunteer leaders to walk through all the challenges and dynamics.
