I have worked with Aaron for many years. Aaron is a top notch operations and marketing executive! I have the upmost respect for Aaron Dolton. He has been a huge asset to our company which has grown substantially due to Aaron's talents! Aaron has worn many hats and he breaks thru barriers! He pioneered the Ad Pages Digital marketing dept. which is now an excellent revenue-generating division of our business. Not only has he been keen to our company's ever changing sales processes (and originated some of our now most widely used systems), but he played an integral part of analyzing and implementing various hugely important aspects of our company's growth! Aaron is an excellent consultant, leader, and compassionate executive!

Few people have the opportunity to report to a manager who is also a coach and mentor—but I did when I worked with Aaron. I have worked with Aaron in multiple different roles throughout my tenure with Ad Pages. Most recently in the managerial role. Aaron has an innate ability to come up with fresh ideas. He is what you refer to as an Innovator. Aaron would be a great asset to any team.
