Created customer-facing services, such as email and web hosting, which required availability outside the LAN and met reliability needs using various solutions. Implemented and maintained a CrashPlan PROe enterprise backup infrastructure for internal and customer use. Served in a consulting role for multiple customers to provide knowledge and experience implementing unfamiliar software solutions involving Mac OS X Server and Ubuntu Linux. Planned and implemented multiple file sharing solutions for customers based on their requirements. Constant monitoring and maintenance of backups, network infrastructure, servers, and customer devices considered important or critical. Frequently corrected customer network design issues and conflicts. Created remote access solutions to provide customers access to data and services outside their LAN.
