Aaron is everything a software engineer should be - empathetic and deeply curious about the technologies he works with. I had the pleasure of working with Aaron while our team was developing Svelvet. During production he was always one to keep us on task and he often also kept us from seeking more complicated solutions than were necessary when we were developing the MVP. He was almost near solely responsible for keeping the group upbeat with his optimistic attitude and reassurance of our abilities when we would doubt our abilities. If it weren't for him I don't believe we would have successfully hit MVP given our timeline.
