  Work as a bridge between the directors & trustees of Paradise Wildlife Park & Zoological Society of Hertfordshire and every department across the park - Animal Park, Maintenance & Building, Marketing & Social Media, Customer Service, Catering & Retail and Conservation.The main objective of my role is to support each department, ensure the welfare of our animals and team at Paradise and to also help plan the future of the park with new developments onsite both for the animal park and non animal attractions as well as help our ongoing conservation work going on around and the world and find new ways we can support conservation projects around the world.I also help to consult with the ongoing work both onsite and around the world that Paradise's sister site, the Big Cat Sanctuary in Kent do as well.
