Aaron is wonderful and I cannot sing his praises loudly enough. His technical skills in data analysis and friendly persona make his work great and the process of working together enjoyable. He has an eye for understanding the big picture and being comfortable in the weeds. His ability to jump back and forth between these two lenses means that he can talk to multiple audiences and respond to multiple needs, resulting in products that are thoughtful and comprehensive. Aaron never shies away from challenges and brings a rich set of knowledge and skills in problem-solving, due to having performed a variety of tasks across his work experiences. Anyone who works with him would highlight his unflappable demeanor in high pressure situations and his patience in explaining highly technical aspects of the work. Any supervisor would complement his attention to detail, commitment to quality, and versatility in the many different kinds of data-related tasks that he can tackle.
