Experienced with ballistics testing on the test range. Shot up to 32 lbs. net explosive weight in our 21 ft. 18 spf gun, always following API RP 19B recommended practices. Familiar with API section 2 testing. I have been with Owens since the construction of our section 2 facility, and have become very familiar with the section 2 standards. Responsible for all test preparation, setup and completion in our pressure and temperature facility. Experienced with ultra HPHT testing. (50k psi @ 500 degrees). Responsible for supporting the engineering department with regard to test setup and conduction. If/When a test fails, offer advice or opinion on changes to product or test preparation. Strong experience in testing plugs to API 11D1 requirements. Some of which was done with N2 under heat and pressure. Extensive experience with a wide variety of setting tools. Responsible for performing preventative maintenance on 21 units within my route. My route was the largest and included more units than any other route in EOG’s Johnson County NW and SW regions. I am familiar with both Valerus and JW Turbocharged units and the smaller Valerus NA units. As well as, with the smaller JW 3304 units Proficient in troubleshooting various shut down issues including no-flows and heat related issues requiring valves to be rebuilt or replaced. Experience with the Caterpillar 3306 engine which was used to drive most of our compressors at EOG. Familiar with the GE Gemini compressor as it was the main workhorse on the majority of our units. Responsible for safe rigging up and down of all well testing equipment (rigging from wellhead to sand-trap to separator to the sales line) and maintaining it through the testing phase to production. Responsible for taking hourly readings on casing and tubing pressures, as well as gas, oil, and water produced by the well during testing, and generating a report to send in to the production company.
