Aaron is incredibly dedicated and skilled with managing the myriad of issues that can present itself with a troubled youth population from providing a stable presence to manage everyday functions of life (homework, hygiene, life skills) to managing crisis interventions calmly and professionally. The clients who worked with Aaron knew that despite whatever difficulties they had both internally and externally, Aaron would continue to be part of their clinical teams without faulting the client for whatever behaviors or insults they might throw out at the direct care staff during a crisis.
