Many engineers are motivated to create value. What's harder to find is the engineer who is motivated to create value by elevating everyone around them to make the entire organization better. Aaron is one of the easiest people to work with that I've ever met. He is excellent about setting others up for success, and he has the natural ability to get everyone around him working together towards the common goal. A natural leader, and an excellent engineer!

Earned a reputation for high quality craftsmanship and consistently fast completion times. Operated flatbed CNC router, vinyl cutters, and several printers. Many operations had to be monitored simultaneously and clear communication between designers and production departments was critical.
