  Undertaking the managerial role in ensuring shipping of products to prospective customers along with managing the Site Services in customer premises. Responsibility for customer's whole Global Logistics and Warehousing Organisation supply chain from shipments incoming, warehousing, transhipment and outgoing shipments to Asia Pacific region and Greater China region. To meet shipper month-end billing cutoffs and SOX compliance. Work closely with customer Logistics team on operational and administration issues to ensure customer delight in order fulfilment utilising SAP Warehouse Management system. Managing and overseeing 3 different appointed service providers servicing customer's account basically providing trucking services for Local customer delivery, 3rd party agent delivery, export shipments and also warehouse services such as AKE build-ups, WMS applications such as Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), cargo shrinkwrapping and palletisation.
