  • Reschedule purchase orders to arrive closer to when they are needed within production demand. Using SAP (ERP), will find POs that are scheduled to arrive at a costly spot within the demand requirements for that component. Next comes following up with the supplier to display and confirm the change and then illustrating the change in the details of the order on SAP. Finished by showing monetary savings to company of expediting, de-expediting, and canceling. • Hold meetings with suppliers to give Open Order Reports that help prevent future errors. Display our expectations in meetings and ask to hear if any can not be met. Will work to solve problem and successfully procure the order. • Work to obtain updated and accurate parameters of suppliers. Reach out to receive current lead times, MOQs, Pack Sizes & Dimensions, and pricing details such as standard and shipping costs. Helps to ultimately evaluate suppliers and display parameter trends.
