Aaron joined my team at PDI Ninth House as a Helpdesk Support Specialist in early 2011. Aaron’s initial ramp up / training period was shorter than most as we found that he quickly learned and adapted to PDI’s wide range of hardware, software, systems, policies, etc. During the 2+ years I worked with Aaron, I received nothing but positive feedback from team members across the globe that he worked with. He never turned down a challenge and would quickly volunteer or jump in to help a team member with some out of the ordinary issue. He went above and beyond in his role and was a true asset to the team. Simply put, Aaron is a highly effective troubleshooter with exceptional customer service skills. Those traits along with his approachable demeanor and work ethic - make him a highly effective Support Specialist. I would highly recommend him.
