I am a Sr developer/Architect at Mastercard and I got the pleasure of working with and mentoring Aaron in the MasterCard intern program. When we started, we focused on a lot of the basics of C#, HTML and javascript. He also gained skills in using the Infragistic toolset and .net workflow. His skill level progressed greatly in a short amount of time. He was eager to help and learn. I really appreciated his desire to jump in and be useful. During his time at MasterCard we were able to complete one application and move it to production. He made significant progress on another larger project. Aaron's time at MasterCard progressed his developer skills significantly in the .net and Microsoft areas. He is a great researcher when the proper path is unknown. This is a great skill as this happens often in development. He would be a value to any development team and I would be happy to work with him again. Good Luck Aaron on all your future endeavors. Perhaps our paths will cross again.
