  I was responsible for the daily operations of the Human Resource department at one of the manufacturing facilities that had over one hundred employees. This included overseeing all compensation and benefit packages, developing and monitoring our appraisal system, and creating and implementing new policies and procedures for the company. I developed the company’s Affirmative Action Plan and other legally required programs. I was responsible for all of the safety programs for the two manufacturing facilities. I assisted in the counseling and career development of all employees.
