I saw Aaron speak at DisruptHR and he’s definitely someone who knows what he’s talking about. It’s clear how passionate he is about performance too. I was learning a lot not only from the content but also his style of speech. Definitely recommended.

I have had the pleasure of working with Aaron and he has been my leadership coach and mentor since 2014. Developing and coaching people is not a job for Aaron this is more of a vocation. He’s totally committed to being the best he can be to ensure you in turn are the best you can be. A few hours with Aaron and you are reflecting on the art of the possible for the next 3 weeks, followed by him holding you to account for making progress on the 'big goals' that really count. A real leader a real agent for change and a genuine decent bloke. I would totally recommend Aaron it will change how you think, lead and drive a real culture of improvement. He’s Epic.

I have worked with Aaron for just short of 8 years, most recently on the development of standardised work and improvements to employee engagement within De La Rue. I have also personally undertook his ‘Performance Coach Programme’ which has been invaluable to me on my leadership journey. Aaron is a force of nature who brings immense energy to the tasks he undertakes. He is highly engaging and a great communicator at all levels of an organisation with a rare talent of making the complex sound simple. As a coach he is particularly good at increasing positive motivation, challenging your thinking and bringing a new perspective to the most difficult of situations. I highly recommend Aaron, as both a performance coach and as a change agent to any organisation looking to take the next step towards excellence.

My team and I work with CEO's/MD's, CFO's/FD's and COO's/Ops Directors at companies across the world to build organisations that are BETTER. FASTER. We close the gap between the desired results and actual results they are getting using a combination of lean principles, leadership and the psychology of change. We help organisations improve the way they improve by making improvement work. Senior Business leaders come to us when they see… • Improvements not sustaining • Problems that keep recurring • Projects failing on time and budget • Innovation not happening quick enough • People not engaged and contributing to the level they are capable of Most of all, they all have a DISSATISFACTION with the current state and a genuine commitment to do better. After working with us, our clients walk away with.. • Certainty of what they do delivers what's expected • A way of working that ensures improvements sustain • A culture of making things better • Leaders that create more leaders They have CONFIDENCE that issues will be dealt with and improvements implemented and sustained.
