This is directly related to the businesses' ability to deliver a quality product or service at a competitive price in a decent time frame. I train businesses with Lean Six Sigma tools, which are simple, easy to use principles that increases efficiency. After implementation you will find you are able to produce at your targeted goals of Cost, Quality, & Delivery. There are 8 forms of waste that are costing companies big money. Lean is the set of "tools" that assist in the identification and elimination of waste. As waste is eliminated quality improves while production time and cost are reduced. The use of lean allows you to provide your customer a desired product, faster, with fewer defects at a lower cost. I train employees with the Lean principles and concepts. This will enable them to have a worker driven improvement practice. Lean also embraces a 6S program which leads the shop to a higher state of organization and makes the area not only cleaner and safer, but also structured for a higher productivity. In addition to the Lean, I also specialize in 6 Sigma, which is a disciplined, data-driven approach and methodology that uses statistics to achieve world class performances (driving toward six standard deviations between the mean and the nearest specification limit) in any process whether manufacturing or work in an office or other professional environment.
