I had the great fortune of hiring Aaron Moss at the Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club, shortly after the re-opening and rebranding of the resort in early 2022. This was an extremely important position for us, given the extensive F&B outlets at the resort and the opening of more F&B and entertainment venues later that year. During the time that we worked together, I can honestly say that he has been one of the top leaders I have encountered in my 28-year career. Aaron's food & beverage knowledge, leadership style, dedication, and overall work ethic are far and few between. Aaron was responsible for the management of 8 restaurants & bars, to include the opening of two specialty restaurants- a fine dining steakhouse and a fine dining Japanese/Sushi restaurant. Aaron was a very well-respected leader to over 100 colleagues, supervisors and managers, whom he guided and supported with a heavy heart. Aaron was also of great assistance to the HR team in all colleague trainings, events and recognition. We could always count on Aaron, without hesitation, to assist in anything asked, even if he was sick or enjoying his day off. Some of Aaron's many strengths are his analytical, presentation, and communication skills. I remember a time that Aaron stayed up all night working on a powerpoint demonstration to present to his team on the up-and-coming restaurant openings. It was so well done that it was later used by senior management in an owner presentation. Whether communicating with guests, colleagues, or the owner, Aaron was always thorough, professional, precise and eloquent. I would whole-heartedly recommend Aaron Moss for a senior leadership role at any luxury resort in the capacity of F&B, Events, Waterpark & Entertainement. I hope to have the pleasure of working with him again in the future.

I had the immense pleasure to work with Aaron in the Caribbean and hired him to run seven restaurants and bars in a newly rebranded luxury beach and golf resort. Despite the many challenges of working in a small island environment, Aaron exceeded expectations and managed a logistically complex operation with grace and great patience. In a short period of time, Aaron successfully opened D Richard’s steakhouse, the resort’s signature restaurant named after the owner, a three-meal-a-day operation with 150 seats inside and outside overlooking the golf course’s 18th hole. Months later, he re-opened the resort’s Japanese restaurant, Tokyo Bay, shortly before a busy festive season and ensured the outlet ran smoothly in its inaugural month. Aaron’s strength is his personal approach to managing his team and putting himself in their shoes, quite literally, to demonstrate he understands the challenges his team members face and to help overcome them. He has a big heart and puts people first above all. Aaron’s passion for food and beverage coupled with his global experience opening new venues, running high volume operations, and delivering exceptional service and results made Aaron a highly sought after director to work with on many projects. I would recommend Aaron without hesitation for any role he applies for in a luxury hospitality operation and would gladly welcome the opportunity to work with him again.
