I was lucky enough to inherit Aaron when I started a Cheil. His warm and open personality combined with his insight provided a brilliant induction into the Cheil working culture. I was told one thing when I arrived, the client likes Aarons work. It was easy to understand why, it's beautifully presented, well thought out and quickly turned around. His approach and style became the backbone of the UX teams output. As a colleague, he is great fun to work with, fantastic to bounce ideas off and very supportive. And I can't stress enough how his personality helped the team bond. I look forward to working with Aaron again.

Aaron was brought in as a one off freelance UX designer for a project I was on at Samsung, and I developed a bit of a thing for his wireframes. So much so to the point, that when I was handed another project, I requested Aaron specifically. Aaron is able to work off of such little detail and the most skeletal of briefs, yet create fully realised and considered wireframes, which make it so easy to envision the final product. Aaron considers things that nobody else would consider, and is never afraid to ask questions and challenge. And his calm demeanour is a much welcomed quality in environments which can easily become so tense and frantic. A bonus perk: if he's on one of your projects around the holidays, then he might just treat you to a mince pie from Konditor & Cook. Might.
