Field service position in which I my area of coverage is all of North America. My daily functions are setting up and scheduling service calls as well as performing said service calls for a variety of customers in various industries. I perform all repairs on Sinker EDM and Wire EDM Machines, as well as any training that is needed and installation of new and used machines. I also specialize in additive machinery within ONA. Setting up a test requires fixtures that have to be machined, drilled, welded, ect. After the test is set up, it is ran and logged by the technician.
