Main team lead for research and GIS asset mapping related to the electric power/utility industry. Partial duties also include similar work but related to the oil and gas sector. Results of research are used to populate our ArcGIS platform as well as our back-end SQL database that houses prevalent asset attribute information. Examples of utilized research resources include FERC, EIA, EPA, NPMS and other available public and private sector data as well as news alerts. Occasionally provide write-ups/content for our Transmission Hub website, but primary responsibility involves back-end support. Finally, work with our internal sales division on any incoming client needs/feedback for continued product development and improvements.
