I had the opportunity to work with Aaron at Runzheimer International. He reported to me as an IT System Support Technician and was then promoted to a System Administrator. During that time he not only provided outstanding day-to-day support of our network / server infrastructure but was also a key contributor for several large infrastructure projects for the organization. I was impressed with Aaron's attention to detail and desire to research and implement best practices in the design and implementation of our infrastructure initiatives. He was thorough in his documentation and willing to put in extra hours to mean a deadline. I would highly recommend Aaron as a System Administrator.

I worked with Aaron for almost 2 years at Runzheimer on a closely related team. Aaron consistently displayed good communications, a can-do attitude and technical prowess on the projects and operational items that we interacted on. He is always available to answer questions. Aaron also has a very natural tendency to force out any ambiguity or uncertainty by productively probing for "more" when there is something that could easily derail him or me in the future. This intuition of something that isn't clear ends up saving everyone time in the medium term. Aaron is highly organized, takes initiative on his own to learn technical applicable items of significant size (CCNA) and is seen as a very reliable person on the team.
