As a Project Engineer I assist in the day to day functions of on site construction working directly with the Project Manager and Project Superintendent. My tasks include formulating and creating spreadsheets as well as documentation that are in turn given to the owner to be used as construction documentation. Along with the various responsibilities I do on a day to day basis I assist the Project Manager with scheduling, estimation, submittals, transmittals and RFIs. I assisted in delivery coordination and documentation retrieval. Given the responsibility to maintain, up to date, drawings and submittals logs. My position in this organization was to build, paint, deliver, and install each project. This company was started in 2009 and has done work on the Belding Fire Station. Along with being involved in the design process of the addition with using Revit and Auto Cad I also helped erect the steel.
