I’ve worked with Aaron for two years at The Marinco Electrical Group, a division of Actuant. Aaron is a mature self starter who is also a quick learner. Aaron demonstrates strong problem solving skills as well as interpersonal skills, which enabled him to strive in our fast pace environment.. During his tenure at Marinco, he performed at a level one or two tiers higher than was expected for his experience level. He is extremely dedicated and brings a world-class work ethic to work every day. I highly recommend him for any finance and accounting position within your company.

Aaron was a active member of the Marinco Electrical Group Domestic MBF team. He was instrumental in achieving cost down savings of $60K from our primary fastener supplier over the fiscal year of FY09. He is a independent and detailed worker and is willing to take on challenges. As the leader of this team, I was confident that Aaron would be successful. It has been a pleasure working along side of Aaron this past year.
