B”H we were very successful in increasing contributions from the last shmita cycle, with a 310% growth. With Rosh Hashanah, my role comes to an end. The 2015 Dinner exceeded all expectations, re-positioned us in the community, and exceeded our goal of 1.5 Million. Created a lay leader engagement and solicitations structure that had never been present in the Yeshiva. Identified cost saving measures, critical infrastructure issues, and strategic initiatives. Drafted a fundraising plan for all facets of operations.

Provided new energy, vision, re-organization and fundraising to successfully re-establish the Pittsburgh Kollel as a vibrant, dynamic community organization. Led it from a moribund institution to dramatic new growth and success; with an engaged board, an annual budget that grew from 220K to 1 million, and a successful new building campaign that raised over 3 million in revenue. Recruited a world class Dean as a partner, brought in new Scholars, and developed strong community relationships.. Developed an educational and outreach program and a Women's Learning Program to expand the Kollel's impact on the community and worked successfully with consultants in developing and implementing the strategic plan for the Kollel.
