The data network team consisted of six engineers, supporting the largest private data network in New Mexico. The voice network team consisted of two engineers, four technicians, three telecom analysts and a telecom application developer. Supported all aspects of the Presbyterian telecom infrastructure that included 32 telephone systems, over 12,000 handsets, and multiple call centers. Low voltage cable team included a team lead, four installers and outside contractors as needed. Team was responsible for all low voltage cable infrastructures for the enterprise, including new buildings and complete replacement of existing, aging environments.
