  Responsible for the development of new public facing web and mobile applications as well as providing enhancements to internal business applications.Worked with members from each department of the business up to and including the President and CEO to gather requirements and deliver the best possible products to our consultants.Select projects include:Business Plan: Created a tablet application using PhoneGap and jQuery Mobile that allows our clients to generate a fully customized 12 month business plan based on only a few simple metrics. Combined with monthly status reports from the corporate office, this application introduced a new level of accountability which helped to motivate our consultants and help them reach their personal sales goals while increasing our bottom line as well.Consultant Online Office: Developed a massive web application built on Microsoft SharePoint 2010 that allows our consultants to run every aspect of their business including ordering products, managing contacts, registering for events, and running reports. The core services were produced using WCF and also serve our Android and iOS applications.

  Responsible for the design, development, and testing of enhancements to core business process systems using the Agile development methodology and the principles of Domain-Driven Design. Collaborated directly with legal managers and users to design solutions that would best fit their needs and make the business process more efficient. Select projects include:ClientServices: Developed a distributed service in C#, to automatically categorize and upload legal documents to third party site s as well as a management UI in ASP.NET MVC to give visibility into failed uploads and to allow a single user to resolve/retry the failures. Project has a successful upload rate of nearly 98% and has reduced the number of manual uploads by approximately 2,500 per week.MiltarySearch: Redesigned a service to automatically run military searches at key places in the business process and store the results in our document management database. Project led to the elimination of 120+ hours of manual searches per month.
