  This work placement was a small but very useful placement that I have experienced for about four months, which allowed me to be a database administrator for an Audi garage in Portadown. This placement allowed me to be able to sort out the databases when it came to customer's vehicles, receiving and emailing Audi Cams to customers (which were used to show and explain to the customer what their vehicle is like), providing prices and labours for other co-workers within the garage.   This was my first main work placement that I had experienced for a whole year. This placement was mainly used for retail purposes, however, there was a small element of allowing employees to fix and solve computing problems when it came to either hardware or software. I was allowed to lend a hand in this front to be able to experience what it is like to help customers fix their problems with their technology, which was mainly computers, mobile phones and tablets.
