  Aaron takes a practical, common sense approach to each one of his cases. Aaron’s litigation practice focuses on professional negligence defence along with a broad range of other commercial litigation matters. Aaron is listed as one of LawPRO’s preferred defence counsel and he regularly defends lawyers who are the subject of professional negligence actions. In his commercial litigation practice, Aaron regularly acts in a litigation and advisory capacity for publicly and privately held corporations, particularly in the areas of real estate development and franchising. Aaron has also acted for both debtors and creditors in insolvency and restructuring matters. Aaron has appeared as counsel in numerous trials and arbitrations, and has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario. Aaron spends most of his time outside the office with his wife and three children. With whatever free time he has left Aaron volounteers with a number of community organizations including serving as an assistant coach for the Avenue Road Ducks select hockey program.
