This allowed MM to finalize the design basis for a commercial tire-grade carbon black plant currently being constructed in Lincoln, Nebraska. Aaron is dedicated, focused, and extremely competent plant manager, able to deal with a myriad of details yet keep in mind the global picture. I found Aaron to be unusually knowledgeable and dedicated, going above and beyond the normal call of duty to help the company succeed. His skills in managing people and leading teams are unparalleled. Aaron works well across a number of technical disciplines and is a quick study when he encounters anything new.
