I had the pleasure of working with Aaron at Oberto Brands. Aaron was hired to provide multi-functional support to Oberto’s growing Walmart & Sam’s Club business. Aaron started and was able to quickly learn the new categories and provide support in areas of analytics, insights, and replenishment. He has very strong skills in Excel and was able to generate actionable insights quickly from vast amounts of data. His category management knowledge was utilized as his duties expanded to help support other retailers with analytics and insights. He is very personable, supportive of others, and grasps new concepts quickly. He has a good demeanor and is capable of presenting internally and externally. He is very teachable and is integrity based so he gains the trust of his coworkers and his retailers. I enjoyed working with Aaron and would highly recommend him.
