Jay Thompson
I first met Aaron as a client. He was always friendly and approachable. Fast forward a few years, I had the opportunity to work at the same SaaS coompany but in different departments. In that role, he was always collaborative. He listened to understand and helped with solutioning. At that time, the company was heavily siloed and he helped to bridge a gap. Ultimately, I had the opportunity to join Aaron's team and report directly to him for almost 2 years. Aaron made an indelible impression on me as my supervisor. He was fiercely protective of his team and advocated for them often. He also helped the team understand when a decision wasn't in our favor. He is analytical but still open to suggestions. He excels in situational leadership and provides the level of support needed by the individual. Aaron constantly looked for ways to increase efficiency and solutioned to not only make our team better, but the company as a whole. Although I now report to someone else, I will take with me the lessons I learned from Aaron - how to truly care for a team while supporting the company mission, using data to take calculated risks, and solving for effiencies and next level revenue. I am a better professional because of the time I reported to him.

Aaron and I worked alongside one another at RealPage. He has a passion and loyalty for his customers like no other. Aaron uses each customer engagement to improve and engineer the customer experience.
