Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.Accountabilities:• Ensure that all work completed in accordance with CSF Safety Policy and relevant Safe Work Method Statements.• Report all safety incidents to the Safety Officer.• Liaise with the clients, suppliers and the Operations Manager to ensure all projects are completed in order, on time and within budget.• Ensure that all project staff are working as per CSF company handbook, policies and procedures.• Establish and maintain a coordinated, organised, team environment.• Ensure that all work is carried out to CSF ISO9001 quality system and project specifications.• Review procedures and assist with continual improvement.General Project management duties as noted below: Contract liaison with principal contractor. Construction programming, Erection Procedures, Safety Plans, Site Induction. Regular contact with site supervisor and over sees site works. Quality Assurance Documentation. Control of deliveries, labour and cranage under projects scope of works. Liaison with other sub-contractors in order to plan project works. Attend construction site meetings and site safety meetings as required. Review any construction and safety issues. Contract variations and progress claims. Acting on site industrial relation matters if required. Pricing contract variations. On completion of the project it should be analysed and any cost over-runs should be identified and explained where possible. Ensure budgets are met and bettered where possible. Project Manager is responsible for ensuring quotes for subcontracted works are submitted and these are within the budget.
