Performing routine ASTM testing (acid splits, chlorine and aluminum titrations, Karl fisher moisture, particle counting, IR analysis, pour points, ash content, flash points, and fire points) all on in use products and advised customer when it was time to change out their metalworking fluids or inspect specific parts of the production lines.
