  As the training manager at A2Z Cloud, I was response for all training matters both for our internal team and external clients. External training could come in many forms. When clients purchased 'off the shelf' software, they would also need to know how to use this. I was therefore responsible for building a range of training material to be sold/packaged with the software. Should the client have software customised/personally made, I'd be responsible for learning their new system and developing their custom training material. As a training manager, I was also accountable for the training revenue brought into the company, whether this through training subscriptions, online learning platforms, online sessions/workshops or acquisition of new clients for training.
