Worked as the Director of Operations at NorthPark Health and Rehab, an all-skilled nursing facility that opened in March 2021. During that time, the amazing team at NorthPark took the census from 3 to 54 beds (full capacity). I completed my CIT Program (CEO in training), and recently passed my exams to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Subsequently, I became the Assistant Administrator at the Banner Boswell Rehab Center as it went through an acquisition process with Cascadia Healthcare. We were able to grow census by more than 50% and had tremendous success in hiring and eliminating contract labor.
